Lighted coloured, the nose is aromatic with notes of citrus and whit flowers. The after-nose is on vanilla aromas because of its ageing in barrels. The attack is greedy and the evolution is ample and fresh. Its great acidity and complexity provide an hamonious ageing in bottle.

The Semillon wines are very aromatic with nuances of almond and quince. The Sauvignon blanc wines are perfectly ripe and even round this year. The blend of these two grape varieties gives body to the final blend, which is vivacious and has a lovely bouquet. Thanks to good acidity, it also has a beatiful long aftertaste.

Beside it, the Semillon provides beautifully subtle notes of toast, Hazelnuts and brioche. A wonderful wine with a smooth finish.
